Solving

We have helped glass companies worldwide to solve the glass production issues one at a time, by applying our many years of glass industry experience and by applying advanced tools of computer modeling.

A typical case is an actual glass furnace experienced significant production losses due to large amount of glass defects, such as blisters and viscous knots. Such quality defects have usually had very different origins due to different compositions of glass chemistry, furnace designs and operations, as well as different refractories in contact with molten glass. We have done such problem solving by optimizing the furnace operations by improved glass flow pattern in the glass melter, and resulted in the reduction or largely elimination of glass defects.
